How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time is 3-5 business days, plus an additional 2-3 days in transit for shipping, but shipping times may be a bit longer during the busy Holiday season! If you need an order rushed, contact us before ordering to ensure that we are able to accommodate your request.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always FREE at Citrus Paper Co.! All orders are shipped through the USPS, either First Class for smaller order, or Priority for medium and large orders.

Can I see a proof before printing? How will I receive my proof?

Yes! While requesting a proof does slightly delay the processing time, I am happy to provide one if you would like. Just select, "yes" in the listing in the proof, and one will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase to the email address left at checkout.   

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! For orders over $100, you may use the code TENOFF for a 10% discount.

From where are you shipping?

I ship all items from Orlando, Florida.

Can I change the fonts used on a product?

Sure! I am not able to provide a complete font list, as I am constantly purchasing new fonts and adding them to my collection. However, leave me a note with your order letting me know which style of font you would prefer, and I will reach out to you with some options! It may be helpful to browse my other items to get an idea of what you would like instead.

Can colors be changed?

Almost always, yes! There are some exceptions for multi-tonal patterns and watercolor graphics, but any component that is a solid color can be changed. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before placing an order to make sure we can change the color.   

Is your logo printed on the back?

Yes, the Citrus Paper Co. logo is printed in gray along the bottom of the back of each note card.
